Cranbrook Institute of Science and the Warren Astronomical Society are putting on a special holiday astronomy event from 1-4 PM December 26-30. Cranbrook astronomers will be giving planetarium shows and observatory tours. Videos and talks will allow visitors of all ages to learn about the our universe.

WAS members with solar telescopes will be on hand to safely show the Sun in normal telescopes with white light solar filters and in special Hydrogen Alpha-filtered telescopes.

Cranbrook does charge an admission fee, as well as a fee for planetarium shows. Learn more here.
